Lady Roc Lacrosse is a not-for-profit premier woman’s travel lacrosse team with players from the Rochester/Buffalo area. Our goal is to bring together players who love the game and aspire to play at the next level. Lady Roc provides players the opportunity to develop their skills through practice sessions and participation in tournaments around the country. The team’s also participate in camps and indoor play, during the off-season. As well as in many of the finest tournaments in the nation, which typically are the premier recruiting upper class showcases for most colleges and universities.

East Rochester, NY (October 30, 2008) (VIA Business Wire and Sports Wire). The well known women’s travel lacrosse team“Lady Roc”, which is headed up by Coach Linda Michele of East Rochester, NY has merged with “Stewy’s Angels” Lacrosse, Inc. which is a Penfield, NY women’s travel lacrosse team with over 100 active players.
The combined teams will now be known as “Lady Roc” Lacrosse, Inc. The program will be focused on providing the best instruction, as well as local and national tournament play opportunities for young women. The team’s philosophy will include leading edge instruction, as well as competitive play year round. The team will also focus not only on improving the players skill level, but also on year round fitness, improved team work, positive communication skills, leadership and on and off the field character building. The “Lady Roc” team will also feature a college recruiting advisory service for upper classman, seeking the resources Coach Michele and her staff can provide in this critical area.
